Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from vnbckey. As hardware wallets are security-sensitive products, returns are subject to strict inspection and eligibility requirements to protect customer safety and prevent tampering.

1. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery (based on carrier tracking records). Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility & Security Requirements

To ensure security and authenticity, returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, and inserts
  • Security seals and tamper-evident labels remain intact
  • Device has not been activated, configured, or linked to any account

Products showing signs of use, tampering, or missing components will not be eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with broken or removed security seals
  • Activated or used hardware wallets
  • Items with missing accessories or packaging
  • Clearance or final-sale items (if marked at purchase)
  • Gift cards or digital products

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can evaluate and resolve the case promptly.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and return reason
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions from our support team
  3. Ship the product back according to the provided instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the return is due to a confirmed defect or our error, we will provide an appropriate solution based on the case review.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process described above.
